UN report yet another confirmation of issues facing Aboriginal Peoples, says NAHO's Executive Director

A recent United Nations report that shows Canada's ranking on the UN human development scale would substantially drop if Aboriginal health, social, and economic conditions were solely acknowledged confirms what too many Aboriginal people across the country already know first-hand, said Bernice Downey, Executive Director of the National Aboriginal Health Organization (NAHO).
